Clothing: Our clothing is made on-demand and can take between 10-14 working days.
Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or credit. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Clothing
We're very proud that all of our clothing is created on-demand, eliminating any waste from excess stock. We will endeavour to exchange incorrect size orders but cannot guarantee a free exchange as we do not hold stock. If we do, delivery fees will apply. Please DO NOT order multiple sizes of the same item of clothing with a view to returning the incorrect size.
Overseas Shipping
We can ship outside of the UK on request. The recipient is responsible for any import duties, taxes, and customs charges payable on arrival/delivery. Please contact us at alex@foretheplanet.co.uk if you wish to purchase from overseas.
